Smt. Dr. Padmaganesh, a professional dance choreographer and Founder
of Sri Jaya Sai Nrithyalaya started Bharatanatyam at the age of 8.
Her teaching journey started in 2008 and ever since she has executed
500+ programs.
She successfully completed her Arangetram under her guru Smt
Malarkodi Vijayaraghavan in 2006. And it happened at the age of 30,
after having her first daughter who was 2 years old at that time.
She serves as a true inspiration for all her disciples. Her strong
compassion along with your wishes has made her a successful teacher.
Her Bharatanatyam journey has been a beautiful one, filled with hard work, dedication, and passion. As a teacher with over 10 years of experience, she had the privilege of training hundreds of students, each one unique and talented.
On August 15, 2020, AMN Fine Arts, a dance and music school in Chennai, India set a new Guinness World Record for the "Most People Performing a Choreographed Dance Online Simultaneously." A total of 18,163 participants from 42 countries joined the live-streamed dance lesson on Zoom, and they performed a 15-minute choreographed dance routine together under the guidance of dance instructor Anandamohan.
On March 3, 2019, the Chidambaram Nataraja Temple in Tamil Nadu, India, set a new Guinness World Record for the "Largest Indian Classical Dance" performance. A total of 7,190 Bharatanatyam dancers performed together for over 8 minutes, under the guidance of 400 dance instructors

D. Sowmya Rajesh organized the event 'Bharatha Mazhai 5050' on December 2, 2017, at Saveetha University in Chennai, India, where a total of 5,541 people participated in the "Largest Dance for Rain" event. The event aimed to spread awareness about water conservation and to pray for rain.
